Capturing the beauty of contemporary jewellery and objects is Simon Armitt's passion as a photographer.

Also a qualified jewellery designer, providing him a unique perspective of the subject, he creates seductive publicity images for a client base of established designer / makers. He also offers a professional, friendly and fast service.

Simon Armitt’s images are also extensively used for industry publications, magazines and exhibition material. Selected customers include,Goldsmith magazine, Jewellery Focus magazine, The Worshipful Company of Goldsmiths, Metro, Transport for London, The Hand Engravers Association of Great Britain, The Association for Contemporary Jewellery, The Crafts Council, Roger Billcliffe and Electrum Galleries.

Based in his Hertfordshire studio (just 35 mins from London Kings Cross) or working on location, he can provide state of the art digital capture and a comprehensive re-touching service, producing images for print and web use. He can also supply if requested, models, stylists and hair / make-up personnel for production assistance.
